Before working as an independent consultant, Steve served six years with two Fortune 100 corporations as an internal consultant and training specialist with primary
responsibility for supervisory training and management development, needs analyses, program design and delivery, and organization development. His other experience
includes small business operations, line manufacturing, and clinical medical technology.
He is a member of various professional organizations including the Society for Human Resources and American Society for Training and Development. He has also served
various community organizations and Boards such as the Association of Retarded Citizens and Homesharing, both of Somerset County, NJ.
